What are the payment options available ?

I want to modify / cancel my order

As soon as your order is validated, we do everything we can to deliver your sports essentials as soon as possible. Our orders are prepared by hand with care and love.

Therefore, once your order is "in preparation" we are unable to modify the delivery address, modify the order or cancel it.

Note that you have a withdrawal period of 30 days, upon receipt of your package, to return all or part of your order. For this, we invite you to return here .

In which countries do you deliver?

We deliver in Metropolitan France as well as in Belgium, Switzerland, Germany and Luxembourg.

For deliveries outside of France, additional charges and customs fees may apply.

How to make a return?

If you wish to make a return, please use our dedicated Returns Portal . If you encounter any problems, you can send us an email at indicating "Return" in the subject and specifying your order number, the reason for return and your choice (refund or exchange).

If after my first exchange, it still doesn't work, can I exchange again or get a refund?

Of course ! We know that it's not always easy to find your size when ordering online. You either request another exchange or get a refund.

What is the deadline for returning my order?

The usual return period is 30 days to return the item to us. It starts from the moment you place your order on our site.


Where are the clothes made?

Our clothes are made in Portugal for their know-how and quality. In addition, our biosourced material (Tencel™) is designed in Delães (Portugal). In order to manufacture as locally as possible, we have decided to produce as close as possible to the place of knitting or weaving of our material in order to limit travel as much as possible.

What sizes do you offer?

We offer our clothes from XS to 3XL. Allowing everyone to dress regardless of their morphology is important to us.


Why use natural and/or biosourced materials?

At JOG & JIM, we have chosen to use natural and biosourced materials for their qualities and technical capacities: anti-odor, breathability and thermo-regulation.

Today, the main material of our clothes is Tencel™, a material made from wood pulp.

We want to show that there are alternatives that are just as technical and efficient as polyester (a petro-sourced material) which is mainly used in sportswear.

What is polyester?

Polyester is a synthetic material derived from petroleum. This material represents more than 70% of the synthetic textile fibers that are used in clothing. Polyester is an inexpensive material that is often used in sports.

Today, there is recycled polyester. However, even if this alternative is already a better solution to a new material, it nevertheless remains less than optimal. Indeed, the polyester, whether recycled or not, rejects plastic microparticles during washing, which then end up in our oceans.

This solution is therefore far from being the miracle solution because it is not very recyclable, energy-intensive and its origin is often untraceable.

At JOG & JIM, we have chosen to focus on natural and biosourced materials. These materials, in addition to having the right technical properties for sport, are biodegradable, pleasant to wear and more durable.

What is Tencel®?

Tencel®, also called Lyocell, is a material produced from bamboo or eucalyptus wood pulp . Its touch is very soft and looks like silk. This material is breathable, soft, comfortable to wear and biodegradable. Its manufacture uses little water and its transformation is carried out using an eco-responsible chemical process.
